Using Bocument
Bocument (“we,” “us”) lets you upload a PDF, place fields on it, and sign it yourself or send it to someone else to sign. By using bocument.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Your account and content
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of any document you upload, send, or sign through the service.
You retain ownership of the documents you upload. We only use them to provide the signing flow you requested — placing fields, sending signing links, generating the final signed PDF, and recording the audit trail.
Don't use Bocument to send documents you don't have the right to share, or for anything unlawful.
Electronic signatures
Signatures collected through Bocument are electronic signatures. You're responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate and legally sufficient for your particular document and jurisdiction.
No warranty
Bocument is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable and your documents intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bocument. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Bocument after an update means you accept the new terms.
