Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Bocument (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use bocument.com to sign, send, or receive documents for signature.

Account information: if you register, we store the email address and password you sign up with.

Documents and signatures: the PDFs you upload, the fields you place on them, and the signatures, text, dates, and checkboxes you or your signer fill in.

Activity and audit data: when a document is sent, viewed, and signed, so we can show you status and produce a Certificate of Completion.

Site analytics: anonymized traffic and usage data via Google Analytics (page views, general location, device type) — not tied to document content.

We use a small number of service providers to run Bocument. Each only sees what it needs to:

• Supabase — hosts our database, file storage, and account authentication.
• Resend — delivers signing-request and completion emails on our behalf.
• Google Analytics — provides anonymized site-traffic statistics.

A signer you invite sees only the document you send them. We do not sell your data or documents to anyone, and we do not run your documents through any AI or machine-learning processing.

Documents that are never finished are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity. Completed documents, their audit trail, and account data are kept until you delete them or ask us to.

You can delete individual documents and templates from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account or any other data, email sarat.e99@gmail.com and we'll handle it directly.
